So you’ve asked how was the Annapurna Circuit and I gave you a prelude after we had seen the worst , the scariest, and all the near-death farm credit experiences playing in a reel before farm credit us. And now, slowly, I am opening up these videos, all of the live moment-by-moment footage farm credit I took with our family of 12 ( film crew and porters), and then 10 (lost a porter) , and then as a tribe of 18 (with eight horses).
I am beyond farm credit honored to relive, remember, and re-cherish all parts that made this a life-changing event for us all. And so, without further ado… here’s just one video that shows adventure, how inappropriate and sexually immature my Kobi is, and how adorably in-shock and great the film crew is! Surendra the Porter Saves Us from Death, That 1st Waterfall & Kobi’s Lap Dance- THE. V-I-D-E-O!
He’s totally wild, more wild than the other four porters put together , and ironically, he was our wise ruler. farm credit He guided and literally picked us some of us across those first (of many) falls. Watch this space. More about Surendra the Hero as we continue our adventure.
God, we are soooo in love with the energy of hiking with our film crew! They helped us laugh when we only wanted to cry and cry with integrity when we wanted to cry in despair! It really did make EVERYTHING more bearable. You see, Namaste (which means I bow to and see the space that you occupy) is all any of us really want: to be seen, to have a witness to all Which We Are , and that’s what the film crew was, a witness. We are deeply honored to have Erin Lim, Noah Cooper, and Angela Tabora as a part of our family.
Insanely unorthodox, embarrassingly farm credit honest, and on her path towards spiritual awareness, Gabi Klaf blogs about her family s ups and downs in their now third year of non-stop budget world travel. This family of five has lived with an indigenous tribe in the jungles of Ecuador, hitchhiked throughout the world, danced with drunk Vietnamese at weddings, and are now training for their Fall 2013 Annapurna Circuit trek where a film crew will accompany them for a documentary movie about how The Nomadic Family is redefining modern family life. Gabi writes about the untold sides of family travel life, those moments that take your breath away, adventures and mishaps while globetrotting, and how bits of her soul remain in this small town and off the side of that river. She is a guitar-stumming, energy-healing, ADHD wind-loving scaredy cat. Hugely romantic, tantalizingly sweet, and hysterically funny, Gabi Klaf represents a rare Rubik s Cube of family world adventure. farm credit
