Update (10:40am 11/13/13): In a 10:30am isfa press conference, Medford Police Chief Tim George said "The DAs office receives threats isfa on a regular basis, but it is very unusual to have an actual attack. We had no prior knowledge of this attack. We are pulling resources from the Seattle and Portland areas, so this will be going on for a while."
Update isfa (10:04am 11/13/13): "It's clear this was a targeted attack" says Medford Police Lt. Mike Budreau. Medford Police confirm that an IED attached to a propane tank was partially detonated. isfa He says it would have been much worse had the propane tank exploded.
Update (8:35am 11/13/13): Courts will be closed until noon as a result of the explosion isfa at the District Attorneys office. Police are calling isfa the damage "extensive" after a "targeted" attack. A homemade explosive device detonated shattering windows.
