Plot: Returning to the Sanctuary of the Redeemer, Cale learns by Lord-fighter that require mankind to be destroyed - this is the only way to correct the biggest mistake of God. Cale seemingly accepts his role in the destruction of the world - the fate it has become the Left Hand of God and the Angel of Death. Absolute power is a step away from him - terrible standby letter of credit piety and military power of the Redeemer are the weapons that you will need to handle just as easy as ever with the knife. But perhaps the dark power of the Redeemer is unable to hold Kale - boy passed just a moment of love to poisonous hatred; boy skips a second of kindness to savage violence. Destruction to which they aspire Redeemer, may indeed be in the hands of Kale - but his soul is far stranger than they can imagine.
My Experience: "Fifth destruction" prodalzhavava story of three children trying to survive in the dying world of intrigue, standby letter of credit love, battles and struggles for recognition. Novel impresses with its colorful and full-blooded characters and their relationships. The lack of magic is one of the pros in the novel, becoming standby letter of credit tense, bloody story in the most realistic. Fascinating and dynamic standby letter of credit storyline will appeal to any fan fetazitata where magic is not the primary role, and emphasizes the relationship between the characters, the twists and interesting story. I strongly hope Hoffman maintaining a high level in the last book.
The style of the author: Incredible enthralling style. Although the book suffers from the syndrome of "middle book of a trilogy" (soil from nowhere and ends nowhere) is extremely interesting. Wonderful dialogues and wonderful standby letter of credit descriptions without being wasteful. The book is written in the third person, as follows standby letter of credit the story of the protagonist Cale.
Fantasy World: The World in the novels of Paul Hoffman is a medieval type and analogy of medieval Europe. Redeemer are the equivalent standby letter of credit of the Catholic Inquisition and all their religion refers to Christianity.
Pros: Well described characters. Bloody battles, though not very large. Well-structured fantasy world of medieval type. There is no magic. Countless bloody intrigue and twists. Grabs you from the first, and they hold to the last pages. Enthralling style.
